Over the last few months virtually every question submitted on our contact form had been answered on our FAQ pages and Forum. We were spending hours each day re-answering questions that are already posted online so we had to make a change.

If not found, simply register and post the question on our forum. Someone will respond within 24 hours. (usually within 1 hour)
Socrates customers – If you can’t access our forum with your Socrates user/pass, that’s because it’s a separate registration. Please watch the intro video on forum.
If you need ticket support for billing or login issues we are now directing questions to our help desk ticket system. Any design, plugin, sales questions should be posted on the forum.
Once again, 95% of all support tickets are already answered on our forum. Just use our search function.
Only use our corporate helpdesk is you have a billing or forum login issue.
