All in one seo plugin

Hi,
Is it wise to use the plugin all in one seo pack? I noticed that both socrates and the AIO SEO plugin have the same Site Title and Meta Tags area, will they conflict. If I just use socrates does the theme include all the benefits of the AIO plugin?

it's our recommended SEO plugin.. We have video on it in member's area. It will not conflict with our title system which only works on main page.

How about WP Robot plugin? Is this compatible with Socrates?
