How to add links to the footer

Hello everyone, I just purchased Socrates theme minutes ago ...and 'm loving it....
I just have a question, how can I add links to the footer? I want to put in there my Link exchange partners..

Socrates > Navigation

There are lower left and right navigation panels

If you are talking about "exactly" that location... no.

If you mean right above it we have 3 lower widgets you can add links to in Appearance > Widgets. Just add a text box with link code, or use a links widget in the lower widget boxes.

We did design our lower navigation links for the exact purpose you require though..
