Change size of 728x90 Monetization Bar/Leaderboard ad block

I want to change the 728x90 Monetization Bar to fit my adsense 728x15 text ads. I have pasted the Adsense code into Ad block #1 (as instructed) but I want to eliminate the excess white area.

This will disable the right hand slider making it only 15 px as well, but you can change this in appearance > editor > style.css

Just change the height in all 3 lines to 15-20px.

I don't see any extra whitespace on your site.. I see the 728x15 link unit there... looks good.

You need to fix the Google search box though

I pasted the adsense code into the box fro the Monetization Leaderboard Ad. It does not appear.

Also, i included my CB ID for the two recommended products. Again, no ads or clickable links appear.

I just went to the site and noticed that there are two ads that alternate with my social networking links. One is for Socrates, the other is for InstaForm Pro.

So, I would still appreciate some help understanding the Adsense issue.

The Adsense code on your site looks OK at a glance. If you just enrolled in Adsense it can take awhile for them to analyze your site and figure out what ads to show. Best bet is to use the Google XML sitemap plug-in to help them crawl your site and keep adding content so that they have more to work with.

Our product ads are displaying because you entered your CB Id in Socrates > Layout.. To disable just remove your CB ID.

Your Adsense code is entered fine but not displaying.

Did you login to your Adsense account to see if there are any messages from Google? Is the code working on other sites?

Usually, a white adsense code means there's an issue with your Adsense account, or Google hasn't indexed the site yet.

I'm glad I found this post. I wanted to put Amazon carousel in the monetize bar and now I can.
totsandteens.biz (http://totsandteens.biz) in early stages yet.

Found a great plugin also, no affiliate link here, just google WP-Simplicity. Automatically inserts Amazon, eBay and Clickbank products into post, it will even generate the post for you, what more do you need?
