Need help..same article appears in 2 separate page headings

Not sure what I did wrong here.
My url is easyanxietysolutions.com.

My article/post titled "Welcome...Looking For Some Easy Anxiety Solutions?"
appears on the "home" page (which is where I want it)
This is what I want folks to see first when visiting the site.

However, when you click the "about" page on the navigation bar, the article also appears there as well (which I do not want)

How do I remedy?

The about page is a default setting in Socrates > Navigation.

You must have removed your about page. So just remove the About page from your Socrates > Navigation settings.
