View Full Version : JV Press Gopages plugin issue

Some months ago, I installed the JV Press GoPages plugin. This plugin redirects affiliate links via an iframe to your affiliate sites and cloaks the links.

The problem I face is that, I've deleted this plugin, but whenever anyone clicks on my home page, they're redirected to one of the go pages I used to have on my site and therefore there's a 404 error displayed.

Anyone know how I can solve this problem?

Delete your htaccess file in your root directory and recreate it using Settings > permalinks.

Most likely there is old code in it that didn't get removed.

Tried your suggestion, Dan, but it didn't work.

Any thing else I could try?

If it is not in your htaccess file then there is something else causing the redirection. Check for a redirection plug-in. If there is not one then go into your hosting control panel and see if there is anything set there for redirection.
