I have a domain license...But??

I can not get past the activation process to use Socrates theme for other blogs on my domain...so far I have it on just 1-blog on my domain.

I keep getting...

"Activation Error: You have already reached the maximum number of activations for your license. If you feel you have received this message in error please contact Socrates support."

If I have a domain license, then why do I get this message?
