Hi,

Just started using this theme and all looks good however i also use a management platform http://my.firepow.com and various issues are apparent,

Would you know of any apparent conflicts ?

I used to use Firepow and can't think of anything obvious that could cause conflict.

Hi,

Initially firepow would not accept the theme, made refrence to incompatable file extentions so i contacted support,

They stated they needed to remove 3 file with the following extention.

Their reply....

There were 3 files (having extension .gdf, .SQLITE, .htacess) have been removed from your theme file and then Firepow accepted the theme. Please check to confirm.

The theme in now installed but i'm not sure what the files did ? and are the revevant to the smooth operation of the theme?

Still got a conflict somewhere as i cant log into wordpress now...............

Hi Steve

I'm guessing that those files are only related to the secure image (Captcha) scripts for the Socrates contact form.

Removal of these may cause theme problems, but I wouldn't have thought those changes would ever stop you accessing your wordpress admin area.

Are you unable to get in at all, regardless of theme installed?

Could be a corrupt WP installation which I have experienced with Firepow's auto installer myself.

If you change to a different theme in Firepow does the problem go away?

Very probably an incompatibility problem.

If you want to PM me your WP log in details I can take a quick look for you.

thanks for the offer might need to take you up on it, another issue would appear to have arrived , looks like firepow support have loaded the theme however now can't log into wordpress to configure it ? As you say possiably a compatibility issue somewhere . The blog it's going on is new with nothing installed might be best to delete everything and start again ?

Yes, really strange as a theme shouldn't have the ability to stop you logging into WP.

As it's a new blog log into Firepow and delete it, then create it again using a different theme to see if the problem re-appears.

Hi ,

Still struggling got the theme loaded in firepow however faults all over the place it then started causing conflicts within wordpress itself, IE could not log in manually or through firepow,

anyway it was a brand new site with no content so took it completely out of firepow and installed direct to wordpress with no issues at all!!

Which is a shame as firepow has some pretty cool features ?

If anyone can think of a solution that would be good

Getting the following error when trying to login to WP

Any thoughts?
