Custom header problem

Hello,

I have followed all of the directions on uploading a custom header and still am having trouble. I completed all of the steps in setting up Socrates in the control panel, I visited the file manager page and changed the permissions header-images/uploads to both 777 and 755. I even went as far as to removing WP and reinstalling everything. I also double checked to make sure that I do not have two directories installed. Any suggestions?

Hi Again,

After trial and error, I discovered what the problem is. The filename cannot have any "(" or ")" in it. The file and picture of the header will appear - even in the uploads area and everything appears to work in the dashboard, but the image will not appear on the website. Changing the name worked.
