What is the RSS builder?
I'm sorry I'm not familiar with it and I don't know why anyone with Wordpress would need to build a feed.
If you're using Wordpress, your feed is:
http://www.yourdomain.com/feed/
If you've got your permalinks set to end is : /%postname%/
If RSS builder is a plugin or another script have you checked to see if they have support or instructions?

Hi Dan
Thank you again for the quick reply I really
appreciate the help, I did not no the feed was built
in to wordpress that was why I was looking how to
build the feed.
Is this what you are saying if my permo link
is http://www.mydomain.com/?p=26 I would
place the following link into RSS Feed URL
http://www.mydomain.com/feed/?p=26.
Would that mean every time I place a new
post on my blog the permo link changes,
so I would have to change the RSS Feed URL

For SEO reasons you should go into into Permalinks and change it to custom and /%postname%/

nope - just /%postname%/
The path to your site is assumed.
