CSS Help

Any chance there will be a built in CSS editor in future editions.
I've viewed the post on editing the CSS, and at this point, it's just one more thing I don't have time to learn.

Is there anyone that I can hire to "dress Up" my sites once I've started adding content?

Changing fonts, sizes, colors, etc.
