That was from my computer at the office, guess they don't keep things updated, I am able to get in using my home computer and have installed your banners on my blog.

There is no login screen, nothing on the screen except "Socrates Banner Exchange" and the following:
Your login for the Socrates banner exchange is different from your login to the Socrates download...

Still can't get past the first screen???

For some reason I can't log into the banner exchange, maybe I have the wrong URL
