Hi All,

Just a quick question i'm building a portfolio of sites and i'm very happy with the socrates theme, the main form of income is Adsense.

Things are going well but i have read you can be penalized using the same template or theme over and over .

Is this an SEO Myth or does it carry any weight ?

You should not get penalized by using the same theme as long as your actual content is unique from site to site. People get into trouble with Google if they clone a number of sites with minimal changes in the content. You can do a bit of that for split testing but too much can hurt your ranking.
