Cannot access the download area for the theme

Hello,

I just purchased an unlimited license for the Socrates Theme - helas every time I try access the download page (after having put my username and password) I get the 'Sorry page' telling me:

I’m sorry, you need to be a registered member to access this area.

If you’re not a member you can get access by purchasing Socrates.

Members can login by Clicking here.

Tried to login about 10 times by now with the login details I got in the registration email from the Socrates Theme...

Please tell me what to do to download the theme - thanks!
