Hi There,
How do I upload the unzipped file to Wordpress?
I am following the instructions but each time I click on a folder it opens it and them more folders open.
Please advise?

You don't upload the unzipped file to wordpress, you select the socrates.zip file from within the WP admin theme upload area and WP does the install from the zipped file for you.
