Activation Code Error

Hello,

The activation code I was sent didn't work. Here's the Error Message -

Activation Error: Unknown activation code, please double check your code and try again.

It was for turnaroundhealth.com

Once this error is resolved, can I use the same activation code on multiple sites I own with the Socrates Theme. I purchased the unlimited site license.

Please make sure you are copying the code from our member's area, and don't have any extra spaces.

How do you get to the Member's Area? And, when I get there (eventually) where would I find the activation code?

When I try to use the members area. It tells me that I am not logged in and it takes me to a Word Press log in. But when I use my Socrates user ID and password which is the same as my Wordpress user ID and Password, it rejects them. What am I doing wrong?

It's taking more time than I want to spend just to activate thee theme. Please send me the link to the membership area and directions on where I would see the activation code.

I'm sorry this is taking more time than you had planned.

There is a link to the member's area on every page of our site, and even right in the top navbar of this forum.

When I check your member account, I show you as successfully logging in this morning already.

The member's area link is at:

http://www.socratestheme.com/downloads/

Click the "Download" page link to access the activation code.

I just logged in with the username and password you created and have forwarded that info to you via email as well. I did not have any login issues.
