Username Change

I am sorry if this is a repeated question or if there was a specific tutorial on this, but I couldn't find what I was looking for in the forum.

Can I change my username? If so, do you recommend using my real name, or an anchor text keyword for my site?

I can change your forum or member username. I would just use a standard username or name.
