How Do I Find Activation Code?

Login to member's area and click download link in sidebar.

If your Socrates username has spaces in it your activation code
will not work. Please contact us so we can change your username
if this happens.

It seems as though I may be in that position Dan. My username does have spaces and I have no activation code listed on my page. It just says "type is required". Can you please adjust?

I removed the space. Just login to member's area with new login, get and use new activation code on download page and it should work.

I have upgraded my theme but I dont understand where I have to enter the activation code in order to get rid of the red bar across the top of the website?

Just click on Socrates > Layout and the code box will display, or when you try to edit a post.

Hi Dan ... I, too, cannot get the activation code because the user name I originally signed up with, duddy kravitz, has a space in it. I sent a support ticket Friday evening and decided to post here just in case you read the request before the Support Team does (I am not certain about your Support Team's weekend hours). Can you please remove the space between duddy and kravitz?

The other question that I have is "will I need to activate Socrates for each install?" - the reason that I ask is that I would like to clone my Socrates-based blog once I have the settings that I want to save time.

I changed your username. Relogin with it to get new activation code.

The support desk doesn't usually work on weekends, but I work 7 days a week so if someone else has this issue a PM to me is fastest fix.

(note I'll be on vacation 1/29 - 2/5, and only working 1-2 hours per day)

I did not get an email with an activation code and so cannot use Socrates yet. I bought Socrates on Jan 28 - email is kategypsy@gmail.com. Got my receipts from ClickBank and PayPal - but nothing with an activation code. Please help.
