Create my own Banner Ad

I want to create my own banner ad using a picture I created myself. I want to put this in the rotating ads that Socrates has at the top of the page. I want people to be able to click on it and be taken to another site. Is there a special code that has to be entered? If so, please tell me what it is. Thank you.

Hi, I've used the code to create a clickable picture but have a problem with it. Any help would be appreciated. I put the code in a text widget in the right hand column of my site. The problem is when I insert this clickable pic, no matter how small I make it for some reason it makes my whole page "widen" for lack of a better description and takes the page out of the Socrates "pictue" frame. This makes it look very weird to me. I don't know how to better describe it but here is a link to the one I am working on. I'm sure "seeing" it will better describe what I'm talking about. Can you paste your widget's html code here?

Can you upgrade to Version 2.1?

The problem is usually an extra or missing div tag..

Can you also remove the widgets from the optional sidebar since you're not using it.

Hi Dan, Thanks so much again for your quick response. Here is the HTML code I've placed in the text box widget:

I have upgraded to the 2.1 version

But I am not sure how to remove the widgets from the optional sidebar as you requested. I went into the widgets area and found the "Optional Widgets" box but when I open it I do not see anything in there to drag out.

Just an after thought Dan, I'm sure it has something to do with this widget/HTML code because I just tried removing the HTML code from the text widget box but leaving the text widget there with the title "are you a cpa in los angeles" and upon refresh the site looked fine as it should with the title text showing correctly too.

It is that </div> at the end of the code. It doesn't belong there and is confusing the browser.
