Still having problem with Socrates Custom Fields

I reported earlier that I could not get Socrates custom fields to come up. I was asked to go to the screen options button to make sure that Socrates custom fields was checked. it was unchecked so I checked it. But the most that shows (only sometimes) is a bar that shows Socrates custom fields but no options. You can almost see the Socrates custom fields when the page first loads, but then the options all disappear to just the Socrates custom field title bar.

This is happening in all of my pages and I don't know how to fix it.

Help please.

A post doesn't have the custom fields, but will show the "page options" for a split second.

No, Dan, I'm not concerned about posts; I know it doesn't work there. I have 4 pages and none of them will show the custom fields for Socrates. Sometimes I get just the title bar "Socrates custom fields" and sometimes nothing. I have tried clicking and unclicking the option box under screen options but the most I get is the title bar, no options. it is on pages that the options flash and then disappear.

Thanks for the PM.. Your page attributes box was down below instead of on right. I moved back.. There are no other options on default pages.

The options only show up when you select another template in page attributes.. and yours are showing fine for me.
