A Blank Page In Place of Salespage.php

I am trying to have a blank page in place of salespage.php

By blank I mean the equivalent of starting of with a blank html page that I can then add the html code I want into the page posting area.

Basically what I am looking to do is have the salespage.php, but without the box, just a completely blank page

I am figuring if I wanted to do this as an additional template I would need to be editing the functions.php the css and the salespage.php

BUT

as it is only for one site I am using it for, I am figuring it may be handier for me just to modify the salespage.php and use it as a template

So my question is for a simple blank page to start with in Socrates theme, what code do I need to change to remove that box

OR

any other suggestions?
