Theme went unactive all of a sudden and only bought rights for one code

After changing only the email in the general settings, my socrates theme goes unactive and now it says I have reached my limit for activations which of course displays the red banner on top of my site.

I'm not sure how this happened? please help!

I'm not sure that is possible. You must have changed the blog or url path in Settings > General.

If you change from www to no www or vice versa this error will generate.

If you tell me what the path is now I can fix, or you can change it back.
