Bought client license, says too many sites...

I buy licenses for clients through my affiliate link. I just did another one and got taken to the download page and given a temporary code.

When trying to activate on the client's server, I get this:

Activation Error: You have already reached the maximum number of activations for your license. If you feel you have received this message in error please contact Socrates support.

Can you please take a look at this?

BTW, I just saw the 10-pack deal, wish I had seen that before!

Did you already activate and change the path for the domain?

If you change to a directory, or from a non-www to www it will pop that error.

If you share or PM the domain with me I can see about resetting that activation account.
