PAGES show POSTS?

Hello, how do I have my PAGES show a list of POSTS similar to this site:

http://www.iheartsavingmoney.com/

For example, the page CVS shows all posts that have the CVS category.

That can be done with Socrates by putting the category link into the nav bar.
