How to insert a screenshot in a Wordpress blog post

Is there an easy way to Copy a screenshot from my computer and Paste it directly into a post in Wordpress? I find myself now copying it as an image and saving the file and then going in and inserting the image. I would think there would be an easier way. Thanks for the help!

The normal way with WordPress is to upload it to your site using the WordPress media library and then you can insert it from your library into the post.
