Pingback from other sites

Hi guys. Just a question more to do with marketing than anything else. lately i have started receiving alot of pingback notifications from other sites in my industry for me to approve. When i click on the links they go through to a site that has duplicated my post and added there own links in plus a link to me. Should i approve these so they display on my site? and as this is the same content that i have posted is it worth much for SEO purposes if the other site is reasoanble for PR?

You can post questions like this in a non socrates thread as well..

Just check out the other sites. If they look legit and have pr and alexa rank, approve them. If they are junk sites don't.
