Cannot get page to format into paragraphs

I have my home page content pasted from a Notepad text document into the Visual Editor. I have read through the existing posts with no specific instructions on how I can correct this issue. My site is essential-caregiver.com.

I don't know where to look to see the problem.

I also noticed when I try to change the switch from Format to Paragraph in the visual editor, once I click on update it reverts back to Format even though I chose Paragraph.

If you just enter a carriage return at each point in the document where you want a new paragraph it should do it for you.

Note than when you are pasting from a text document or a Word document that there are buttons on the WordPress editor toolbar that will open a window to paste into. This will preserve much of the formatting you had in the original document.

I tried using the paste as plain text option and it still shows up as one big paragraph on the page.

You had a plug-in (Disable WPAUTOP) that was doing this to you.

It should fix it site wide now that I turned that plug-in off.
