Question Stock header images broken - not displaying.

First off, searched the forum and got no answers on this issue. Closest thing I found was this:

    http://www.socratestheme.com/forum/s...r+image+broken

    Here's my problem:

Your video had no sound, so I couldn't hear anything, and you didn't include your link. Which would have helped diagnose the problem.

The header thread you posted is the best thread to reply to if you have a header issue. Every conceivable answer to the problem is in that thread.

I'm assuming based on the video that your header is not appearing when uploading. Most likely your path is incorrect.

Did you rename the Socrates folder? If so rename to: socrates

If that doesn't help could you elaborate via text?

    Question

    Hi Dan,

    Thanks for the reply.

Yeah, the video has no sound. I figured you knew what you were looking at.

As far as that thread goes, I looked through first few pages but figured if it was 20+ pages long, the solution would have been pinned to the top already...so I kinda assumed it was a bug with the theme or something.

My paths are correct according to documentation 'wp-content/uploads'

I didn't name the theme, just unzipped it and it had the name 'socrates 2'. I guess that might be my problem. Can I just change the name while I'm in FTP or do I need to activate another theme, change the name and then re-activate Socrates?

Yes, via FTP rename to: socrates

It's kind of vaguely mentioned in the 3rd post on the header thread.

You will need to reload your site and relogin once you rename but problem will be fixed.
