Error after install

Hi Team,

I am very new to this and hence the problem. I have just installed socrates on my site however when I clicked on the socrates tab in step 7 of the below instructions it completely took my site off line!!????

To Install:
1. Save the Socrates Zip File to your computer
2. Open your WordPress Admin Dashboard
3. In WP 2.92 -..Click Appearance > Add New Themes
4. In WP 3.0 +..Click Appearance > Install Themes Tab
5. Click Upload and use browse feature to locate and upload zip file.
6. Upload and Activate
7. Click on Socrates Tab and read instructions to complete setup

It gives me this error on a webpage.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function register_nav_menus() in /home/tonybanh/public_html/rapidacnetreatment.com/wp-content/themes/socrates/functions.php on line 30

Please help asap!

Crisis over guys, I figured this one out. my wordpress was the old version and I just had to upgrade and re-install.
