Trouble with header picture

Hello,

I registred socrates unlimited version and i wanted to change my header (picture) but when i do that and refresh the website the picture does not show. It stays white... this is the website i'm talking anout: http://successinapackage.com/wordpress/

I always see this image( in attachment )

How is this possible and how can i make shure this won't happen again?

I just wrote a post on this forum about the header. That the picture in the backend shows untill i save. Than there comes a little square broken image on the leftside.

It's also not viewable in the frontend. But now i had chosen another picture and that picture works fine..

How is this possible?

So i choose one picture (from socrates options) and it does not work and i choose another picture and it does work?

I tested which one worked and which one did not work but now they all don't work anymore. Can someone help me please!! I already checked for WP-cache en that stuff

I have been using Socrates for months
and changed the header for thousands time :-)
all were working like a charm!

My suggestion:
Delete your current theme
get the latest one from the members area
and try to install it.

Let me know whether it's work or not.
Let see what I can do for you latter...

I responded to your PM and just saw this now. I signed off at 3am, and you posted at 4am.

We don't charge for support nor do we have mods that work through the night.

So if you're going to post at 4:00 am please don't expect a response on the weekend by 4:50am.

Now first, you're using an old version of Socrates. I recommend you download the latest version 2.2.15 from the members area. I've not seen the error your header image is generating before.

So just download 2.2.15 in our members area and do a quick reinstall of the theme.. takes 20 seconds and may solve problem.
