Leaderboard doesn't line up

Does anyone know how to adjust the placement of the image inside the leaderboard ad? I'm using a background on the website and it looks horrible. Not using the background is not an option. (Yes Dan, I know that your research shows that it converts better with a white background.) I have attached a picture so you can see the issue to which I'm referring.

It would be helpful to see the actual site to give an exact answer, but try adding and altering this in your custom css box.
