Adsense Ads in the primary navigation under the header.

I asked this question in another part on this forum and lynnth suggested me to post it here, so I do below.

I would like to add an one-line Google Adsense Text line in the primary navigation area under the header and above the leader board.

Can you explain me how to do this?
