Comments in wordpress control panel appears without comments in my blog

Hello,

After writing a post, in Wordpress control panel I see in comments section a comment with: the text I've written in post, Tags: (tags here) Posted in (categories here) « (Post title here) [...]

Also I receive an email advising me that I have comments.

I removed some days ago code from php files to remove 'leave comment ' box.

What can I do?

I would restore the code you removed. If you don't want comments on a particular post or page there is a mechanism in WordPress under Discussion to turn them off.
