Changing font color

I am using an automated plugin that's pulling articles and videos in to my pages, however I want the post font colour to be white but I can’t see how I can change this I assume that that is as simple as altering the main CSS page but I am not sure what I am looking and what to alter.
I need to change all the text to white.

If you do that the post text color will be invisible on our white background. It's done in Socrates > styling, but once again makes no sense to do with our background color.
