FB Like, +1, Tweet, Share, etc Buttons for Homepage NOT for Posts

Hi again!

I'd like to ask if anybody here knows how to put the Social Media buttons on their homepage, not on posts.

I want to put those buttons on my right sidebar. Or I'll replace the search box with those buttons.

I spent the whole night looking for such a WordPress plugin but to no avail.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
