is it possible to change the rss image via wp admin?

im out of town and my designer sent me some new graphics. is it possible to change the rss image through wp admin in the editor? I only have a tablet with me and cannot access files through ftp.

Just upload via media tab and hyperlink using an image link in the custom html box and turn off the RSS field in our code.
