serious problem with menu above the header

hi, in Socrates 3.0 beta there is a serious problem with the customizable menu above the header, it occures in Internet Explorer 9 when you add any page to the menu it moves all the header in very bad position in a really caos, the header moves down out of the border and the search bar is placed inside the header. It happens in my blog and even in your sample page:

when you use IE9.
check it out please to fix it for the official new version.

Thanks for letting us know. I'm surprised this didn't come up in testing and will have the programmer look into it. We plan on releasing the final version later this week.
