How to show only Headline and a couple of lines in pages

Hey,

I want to make my blog to show only the first lines, and then visitors should click on a continue (or like this button) to move on.
I read about this in the wordpress forum, but cant seem to find the solution.

Can somebody help me, and in a way so I can implement (Im not that technical).

There is a tag you can enter into your posts that will let WordPress know you want to do this. In the visual post editor there will be a button on the toolbar that looks like a page with a dashed line through it. Put your cursor at the point in the text where you want to make the break and then click on this button. That will add the "Read More" tag for you.
