issue menu above header link color

hi.
there is an issue in official socrates 3.0 with the link color of the menu above header, when I use a page without sidebars the links of this menu takes the color of the "Post Link Color"

Thanks, it looks like we need to reorder some css in 3.0.. I'll see about getting a new release out with these css fixes.
