Wordpress hack?

Wondering if anyone has had their Wordpress site hacked into?
I'm still trying to figure out why someone calling themselves "Anonymous" replies to every single comment coming into my articles - daily and lengthy.
Seems they would have to be getting something out of it besides maybe being bored.
My site hasn't had much attention from me til now out of the last few years, with very minimal income, and hoping it hasn't been doing well with them getting the income.
Fairly new at all this, so not sure if that's possible.

If they were hacking they'd be doing worse than posting comments. Install Akismet or wp-spamfree. Or get their IP# from the comment dashboard and block it in Cpanel.
