Magazine style

Hi,

Ive updated an old site to soc 3.

Ive got around 50 old 'posts' on it and i wanted to use the magazine template for the whole site.

Ive watched the video and had a play around but cant see how i can make the existing 'posts' into the magazine style.

Can I only make 'pages' into the magazine style??

Hi There,

Of course you can! Have you used the SetUp Guide? You can find the set up guide right under your Activation Code box in the members area.

This is coming right out of the setup guide:

Magazine One*‐*This puts a featured slider and one column of recent posts with featured images.***You need
to add a 613x500 featured image into the post, and add the post to a “featured” category.

Magazine Two*‐**This puts a featured slider and two columns, one containing recent posts and one
containing posts in the featured category.

You need to add a 611x300 featured image into the post, and add the post to a “featured” category

I have the same question, and I don't think you have answered it. I want to add the magazine
style to my posts -- I don't plan on using pages, at least not for the time being.

The set up guide seems to talk only about adding magazine style to pages.

When I go to add a new post I do not see options for magazine style.

Am I missing something?

You need one blank page using the magazine template and set that as your home page. The system will add your posts to that page.
