Is there documentation

Is there somewhere that describes what each template does, how to use it and why you would want to use it? I know some are simple, but others it seems like there are tricks and I can't find information on how to use them or what they are supposed to be used for.

There's a setup PDF with some basic info on the download page, but extensive documentation no.

If you don't know what you need a template for, then more than likely the default template is all you neeed.

I'm not sure I agree with that. A Sales template certainly sounds interesting and I can guess what it might be used for, but without instructions I may never fully understand how/why it should be used.
