How to use page templates

Im watching the tutorial on how to use page templates and Im trying to add a contact page, however when I go to enter it into the atributes area, there is no contact forum to use like the tutorial shows. The only options it gives is:
Default template, magazine1, magazine2, New skinny, no sidebars, portfolio, sales page, skinny sales, squeez page & squeez with editor.

Help please.

There's no contact template in 3.01+ We changed the theme, and the video you're looking at is dated.. watch the 3.0 videos for the latest tutorials
