First of all excuse me for my english I'm spanish speaking.

I just have been installed the version 3.01 and I would like to traslate "posted by" or "posted in" or "no comments", "submit comment", etc... mainly the "blue english words" for spanish word.

Could you please how I can do it.

You need to edit these files

index.php
page.php
single.php
archive.php
comments.php

Search for the words you wish to replace and replace them.. should take just a couple of minutes.

It's located and I'm translating. Two more question I hope will be the last ones.

1.- How I can change the date format (<?php the_time('l, F jS, Y') ?>) = Domingo, mayo 6th, 2012 by "Domingo, 6 de Mayo, 2012"?
2.- How I can change the text buttom Submit Comment by other text in Spanish?

1. Wordpress has tutorials on this on Wordpress.org. You just need to search wordpress.org and then replace in the files above. http://codex.wordpress.org/Formatting_Date_and_Time
2. In comments.php find "submit" and change the text.

But what about the matter of magazine layout I followed all the steps related with "featured" category, post a images and no way.

If you have another thread going with a magazine layout question please post on that thread. As I mentioned in another thread, make sure you have at least two featured posts and two featured images.
