Upgrading to 2.03 Questons?

I'm upgrading my current 2.0 beta to 2.03 and changed the header.php SEARCH form code and added a new search.php file in the beta. I'm assuming I'll have to do this again on the upgrade, right?

Giving the statement below, how do I delete the current theme once inactive?

Once Socrates is inactive “delete it”  (you won’t lose settings)

You will need to modify the header.php file again with your code. Once you activate the default theme, the Socrates will show up on the manage themes page. Below the theme will be a link labeled delete. Click the link and the old Socrates is gone. (make sure you have saved your search.php and any other custom code or headers on your local machine first. Then upload and activate 2.03 and insert your custom pieces.

Just to put a fine point on it, the process worked without a hitch when I upgraded to 2.03. The custom eBay and Amazon searches show up without a problem. Of course, I also modified the css file to style the link color for consistency sake on the results page.
