Error Activating 3.X

New Wordpress install - brand new.
Appearance -> Themes -> Install Themes -> Upload -> socrates-2-1.zip -> ACTIVATE ... works!

New Wordpress install - brand new.
Appearance -> Themes -> Install Themes -> Upload -> socrates-2-2-15.zip -> ACTIVATE ... works!

New Wordpress install - brand new.
Appearance -> Themes -> Install Themes -> Upload -> socrates-2-3.zip -> ACTIVATE ... works!

New Wordpress install - brand new.
Appearance -> Themes -> Install Themes -> Upload -> socrates-3-01.zip -> ACTIVATE ... DOES NOT WORK

New Wordpress install - brand new.
Appearance -> Themes -> Install Themes -> Upload -> socrates-3-03.zip -> ACTIVATE ... DOES NOT WORK

I have tried doing a brand new install of WP ... installing scorates-2.X ... activating then select another theme, delete socrates-2.X and upload socrates-3.X ... same result ... DOES NOT WORK.

All socrates-3.X are giving me the same error.

Appearance -> Themes -> Install Themes -> Upload -> socrates-3-03.zip -> ACTIVATE ... Error message appears "The website encountered an error while retrieving ..."

Any ideas?

What is the upload limit for your domain account? Most likely it's set to 1.5 MB which is the problem. Can you unzip the zip and upload via FTP?
