Why is the title of my Pages are showing at the beginning of my content?

Please, can someone assist me to get rid of double words I am having on my site? This is what I mean the title of each of my pages usually show up at the beginning of my write up and I do not want this, e.g if the my page is HOME, HOME will be the heading of my content. This is applicable to all my pages.
My url is www.surebodybuilding.com. Can someone assist me to get rid of this?

Sorry your post got missed.

You could just name your page name "Body Building" and remove the text from the page, but we're about to release 3.04 this week
and in it, you can use the NoPageTitle template.. just use that template and it will remove "home"
