need help-My website is not coming up

Hi, when I try to pull up my website, I get this message:

404 NOT FOUND
Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn't here.

I created my Home page in the "page area" and I did stagnate the page.
So I don't know why it's not coming up

It looks like when you first set up a Socrates site and you delete the generic default post and just haven't done your own post yet. Did you remember to click "publish"?

What I did was schedule my home page to post on July 6 (tomorrow).

Is that why the message is there, because of the schedule of the post time?

This is the first time I did this. I did not think it would couse this problem.

Very well possible. Can you try posting it now and see if it works? If it does work then you can change it back to post on july 6th and stick to your original plans.

Gigi, I actually received your info not Eric... I just logged in and did a welcome post.. you can see it live on your site and now delete.

I recommend you use the 300 pixel right sidebar too.

My question is. I scheduled my post for a later date
I created and posted all my article and home page

when I pull up my site shouldn't my site come up any way even when the
article are posted for future dates?

The only posts that will show are those that are published on a date that's passed.

If you delete the welcome post you will get a not found message until the first scheduled post processes.
