How and where do I store videos for customers to download

Can anyone suggest the best way to store videos where visitors who optin to your mailing list can then be sent to wherever, to download their videos, googled around a bit not to sure which method is right or the best

If the videos are to be available only to those who opt-in you might want to look into Amazon S3.
