New Customer Unable to Claim His Purchase

Hello,

It seems that something has gone afoul in the order process.

After clicking "Complete Order" when purchasing Socrates unlimited a few minutes ago I was redirected to a blog with links to download the latest versions. I am unable to download anything as I am not registered and have not received any registration details.

Open your Clickbank receipt.. there's a link to access your purchase.. Try using that to register. It is very strange that you were redirected to the download page without registering, unless you were a trial user and already logged in.. but that should not affect the download links.

You might try another browser or restarting your current browser. If that doesn't help fill out a support ticket at:

The link in the Clickbank receipt you've referenced (http://www.socratestheme.com/cb.php I presume) redirects me to http://www.socratestheme.com in Firefox and Internet Explorer. I am not a past trial user by the way.
